Precious Jewelers understands that selecting the right diamond jewelry is not an easy task. This is why we have a Return policy that extends to 30 days from date of shipment. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your original purchase from Precious Jewelers, you can return the product as it is and we will refund or exchange the same for you. Please note that custom engravings on the stone will not be accepted for a return. Return Process Our Quality Assurance department receives and reviews all items returned. After inspection and the approval from the department, we will process the return request within a few days. It is made known to our customers that the items must be as it is for the return to be approved and accepted by the department. Precious Jewelers reserves the right to deny items that show any signs of wear, items with engravings, alterations, resizing (by other jewelers) or damage in any way. All returns must be properly packed and insured and must be sent along with the Precious Jewelers Return Code. You need to follow these simple instructions to ensure a speedy return: - Call our Toll-Free number 800-704-9546 to get your Return Authorization Code. The original invoice provided to you has a return sticker at the bottom which needs to be filled with this Authorization code that you received. The sticker has to be affixed to the outside of the box.
- If you are not sure about you purchase we strongly suggest not to throw away the packaging and collateral received with the package. In the event of a return, you will be expected to include the original packaging and other collateral including the diamond certificate. If you fail to return the certificate, a $250 fee for replacement is applicable. It is also strongly advised not to make any markings on the package that will reveal the details of the contents; this includes writing our name (Precious Jewelers) on the box.
- All returns must be insured to safeguard your interests. We recommend the following mode of dispatch for insured packages:
- Invoice less than $500: Ship it via carrier of your choice after fully insuring the package. Request for a return receipt is most advisable to ensure the shipment has been delivered safely and correctly.
- Invoice more than $500: Such packages must be shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail™. The total invoice amount should be insured for and a return receipt insisted upon. Please not that merchandise valued more than $500 is not insured by FedEx and UPS.
Please note that Precious Jewelers cannot be held liable damaged shipments or returns lost in transit. These 3 easy steps will expedite the returns processing but if any of the given instructions are not adhered to, Precious Jewelers will be compelled to reject such requests.
